1. The overall material of the main engine is stainless steel (screw rotor and shell are all stainless steel).
2. The ultra-high-efficiency rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts imported SKF bearings, which can save energy by 6%~8% compared with ordinary motors.
3. Aerospace stainless steel rotor, high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and zero stress deformation.
4. The shell of the main engine is made of SU304, and the material of the star wheel is made of CF (carbon fiber) composite material, which has super wear resistance, strength and toughness.
5. Ultra-efficient non-contact meshing in the compression chamber, the original design of the "dynamic suspension" of the star wheel, the wear of the star wheel blades is close to "0", the actual normal use is not affected by environmental factors, and the exhaust gas of the machine drops by about 3% after 40,000 hours.
6. All piping systems, water vapor separation tanks, water filtration systems, water cooler systems, etc. All adopt SU304 stainless steel to ensure that the system is clean, free from pollution, corrosion and rust.
7. The compressed air is purified by pure water, and basically does not contain particulate matter in the air.

A: First maintenance need to be done after 500Hours, and then every 2000-3000 hours to do the normal maintenance, and consider the actual environment.
