An air booster is a device that can increase the pressure of low-pressure air or gas to medium or high pressure. It is usually used in conjunction with a standard air compressor to compress the ambient air to a certain pressure, and then further increase the pressure through the booster to meet the application requirements that require higher pressure.

 

Product features

1. A special machine designed for the laser cutting industry that integrates compression, purification and storage. It can provide oil-free and water-free air for the laser industry. The air quality can reach a pressure dew point of 3-10°C, a filtration accuracy of 0.01um, and residual oil of 0.01ppm. Simple operation and no basic installation.

2. It can completely replace the low-pressure screw machine and subsequent systems. Compared with the original screw machine for laser cutting, it has the following advantages
Compared with the low-pressure screw machine, the motor power is smaller (saving electricity)
Compared with the low-pressure screw machine, the pressure can reach higher, which can increase the laser cutting speed by 30%
