What is dry oil-free?
Grade 0 oil-free, that is, the total oil content (oil brought in during compression + oil vapor in the air) index reaches ≤0.01mg/m³
"Oil-free" means that the gas does not come into contact with oil at all during the compression process, that is, there is no oil lubrication between the compression chambers or rotors of the compressor, but the compressor still uses ordinary lubricating oil for lubrication of bearings, gears and other components during the compression process . The lubrication method is the same, but an effective isolation shaft seal is used between these lubrication parts and the compression chamber.
Product feature
1. Clean. Independent inatke line sucks clean air from outside area. This is original Ingersoll rand(GHH) two stage screw airend, total oil free in the compress chamber. all pipes touching the air are made of stainless steel, which promised the compressed air are pure.

Stable, partial flexible piping, relief valves, triple filters and electrical components with increased margins ensure the long-term stability of the plant.The shock pad can resist the high-frequency vibration of the screw airend, maintain the mechanical balance of the unit and improve the stability, unique design of the whole compressor makes our compressor stable and durable
3. Low noise, Our airend adpots jacket desgin which can effectively reduce the noise generated by high-frequency rotation of the airend, A separate muffler is set up to maintain the air pressure balance and reduce the noise during unloading
4. Smart, Temeperature and pressure sensors are monitoring the airend all the time, via touchable HMI screen to achive auto control and start/stop.
