Two Stage Compression 22 kw Silent Fixed Speed Screw Air Compressor
A two-stage compressor is an industrial equipment that compresses air to a higher pressure through a two-stage compression process. This compressor adopts a two-stage compression design, where the first stage compresses the air to an intermediate pressure, and the second stage compresses the air to the final required high pressure. This design has higher efficiency and lower heat generation than single-stage compression.
The working principle of the two-stage compressor is as follows: natural air enters the first stage through the air filter, and after mixing with a small amount of lubricating oil, the gas is compressed to the interstage pressure. Subsequently, the compressed gas enters the cooling channel and contacts a large amount of oil mist to reduce the temperature. The cooled gas enters the second-stage rotor for secondary compression and is finally discharged through the exhaust flange to complete the entire compression process.
