The working principle of the air compressor pressure sensor is to convert pressure changes into electrical signals. When the air compressor starts, the load solenoid valve is closed, the load cylinder does not move, and the motor runs without load. After a period of time, the load solenoid valve opens and the air compressor runs with load. If the air consumption of the back-end equipment is large and the pressure of the compressed air has not reached the upper limit, the pressure sensor will act on the valve load, open the air inlet, and the motor will run under load, and the continuous compressed air will reach the back end of the pipeline. When the back-end gas equipment stops using gas, the pressure of the compressed air gradually increases. When it reaches the set value, the pressure sensor sends an unloading signal, the load solenoid valve stops working, and the motor runs without load.
