The main function of the minimum pressure valve is to maintain the minimum pressure in the air compressor system, ensure that the lubricating oil can circulate normally, and prevent gas backflow. It closes the valve when the system pressure is lower than the set value to prevent air from flowing out, thereby maintaining the pressure in the system. When the system pressure reaches or exceeds the set value, the valve opens, allowing air to flow through the valve into the system.
Function
1. Establish the circulation pressure of lubricating oil: When the air compressor is started, the minimum pressure valve can quickly establish the circulation pressure required for lubrication to avoid equipment wear due to insufficient lubrication.
2. Protect the oil-gas separator: Control the gas flow rate through the oil-gas separation filter element to prevent high-speed airflow from destroying the oil-gas separation effect and preventing the lubricating oil from being taken out of the system.
3. Check valve function: Prevent the compressed air in the air tank from flowing back to the oil-gas barrel when the air compressor is shut down or unloaded.
4. Buffering effect: At the moment of loading, buffer the impact of excessive pressure difference on the oil-gas separator core.
