Features
1. High-pressure output
It can provide a pressure of up to 300 Bar to meet the inflation needs of high-pressure breathing equipment, such as diving cylinders, shooting sports gun cylinders, etc.
2. Large-flow compression
It can compress 100 liters of air per minute, complete the inflation task in a shorter time, improve work efficiency, and is suitable for use in scenarios where gas needs to be replenished quickly, such as cylinder preparation before diving, gun cylinder inflation during shooting competitions, etc.
3. Multi-stage compression and cooling system
Usually, multi-stage compression is adopted, such as the common four-stage compression, which increases the air pressure step by step, and is equipped with an efficient cooling system between each stage, such as the air-cooled type, which uses a large area heat sink for strong air cooling to effectively reduce the temperature of the compressed air, reduce energy loss, improve compression efficiency, and avoid equipment failure due to high temperature.
4. Built-in filtration system
Equipped with high-precision filtration systems, such as activated carbon filters, dust filters, etc., it can effectively remove impurities, oil, moisture and odor in the air, ensure that the output compressed air is pure, dry and odorless, meet the high quality standards of breathing air, and ensure the breathing safety of users during diving or shooting.
5. Safety protection device
Equipped with a complete safety protection mechanism, such as a built-in safety valve, which automatically releases pressure when the pressure exceeds the rated value to prevent equipment damage or accidents caused by excessive pressure; the automatic shutdown function can automatically stop the operation when the equipment is abnormal or reaches the preset pressure, improving the safety of use.
6. Portable design
