Working principle
1. The basic principle of the cold dryer expansion valve is to control the refrigerant flow by adjusting the size of its own valve port.
2. There is an adjustable small hole or small-diameter pipe inside the cold dryer expansion valve, and the refrigerant flow is controlled by adjusting the size of this small hole
3. When the refrigerant pressure in the refrigeration system increases, the pressure acts on the piston inside the expansion valve, causing it to move downward.
4. The downward displacement of the piston will cause the valve port to open, thereby increasing the channel for the refrigerant to flow through the expansion valve and increasing the refrigerant flow
5. When the refrigerant pressure in the refrigeration system decreases, the piston will move upward due to the reduced pressure
6. The upward displacement of the piston causes the valve port to shrink, reducing the channel for the refrigerant to flow through the expansion valve and reducing the refrigerant flow.
7. In this way, by constantly adjusting the size of the valve orifice, the cold dryer expansion valve can control the flow of the refrigerant to maintain the stable operation of the refrigeration system.
