Product Features
1. High-pressure output
The working pressure can reach 300bar, which can meet the demand for high-pressure air for scuba diving. It can quickly compress the air to the pressure level required by the diving cylinder, improve the inflation efficiency, and save time and cost.
2. Large-flow air supply
The free air delivery volume is 200L/min, which can inflate multiple diving cylinders at the same time, or complete the inflation task of a single cylinder in a shorter time, improve work efficiency, and is suitable for diving centers, resorts and other places that require frequent and large-scale inflation.
3. Multiple filtration system
Equipped with P21 triple filtration system, including air intake filtration, activated carbon filtration and molecular sieve filtration, it can effectively remove dust, oil, water vapor, carbon dioxide and tiny particles in the air. Impurities such as small particles make the output compressed air quality meet the EN12021 standard and ensure the breathing safety of divers.
4. Oil-gas separation device
An oil/water separator is provided after the last stage of compression to further ensure the purity of the air, prevent oil and water from entering the cylinder, and avoid health risks for divers due to inhalation of contaminated air.
5. Three-stage compression technology
The three-stage compression method is adopted to gradually increase the air pressure, reduce the load and energy loss of each stage of compression, improve the compression efficiency, make the equipment run more smoothly, reduce mechanical wear and extend the service life.
6. High-quality power configuration
The power system can choose Honda gasoline engine or 4kW electric motor. The engine performance is strong, the power output is stable, it can work continuously for a long time, and it has good starting performance and anti-overload ability, which provides a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the compressor.
7. Automatic shutdown function
When the set final pressure is reached, the compressor will automatically stop running, which not only saves energy, but also effectively prevents the occurrence of abnormal conditions such as overpressure, and protects the safety of equipment and gas cylinders.
